SCAFFOLD BOARD AND STEEL TUBE WALL SHELF UNIT

Stunning industrial style wall shelving unit constructed from scaffolding boards.
With steel tube framework (available in raw steel or blackened finish).
Each board is carefully sanded, and treated in a hard wax oil, which is durable against the pressures of everyday use, while still retaining its character and charm.
Every board will have its own quirks and an individual grain, so no two pieces are ever identical.
We use only high quality boards and our bookcases are solid, sturdy and well built.
The shelf heights are fully adjustable, and can be changed at any time.

ASSEMBLY:
Some self assembly and installation is required with this item. The 2 side 'ladder' supports will be sent assembled. The shelves will be sent detached from the framework. The supports will need to fixed to the wall with the 4 wall plates, and the shelves will need to be attached to the framework using the fittings provided.

COLOUR OPTIONS:
Please let us know in the 'personalisation' box whether you would like the steel framework in blackened or raw steel finish.
The shelving unit pictured is in our Pale wood tone, but we also offer it in Golden, Antique or Rustic, please state your preference in the ‘personalisation’ box).

SCAFFOLD BOARDS:
Scaffold boards are not originally designed to be used in furniture making. But we happen to believe they make beautiful tables, desk, bookcases and cabinets.

It is normal for the boards to have minor notches, dents, small cracks and general signs of life. The grain and knots can vary from board to board. All of which add to the character of the overall pieces.

We machine sand the boards to a beautifully smooth finish, and they’re treated with a high quality hard wax oil which brings out all of their stunning, quirky character.

DELIVERY (please read carefully):
Please allow 4-5 weeks from order date for construction & delivery.

The majority of our orders are delivered on our own transport by our own delivery team. We will keep you updated on the progress of the order and will advise of the shipping date once your item is ready. You will be given a delivery date and an approx timeslot. Please let us know a contact number for delivery.
