Industrial Rustic Reclaimed Scaffold Board Corner Desk on Steel Tube Legs

L Shaped Corner desk constructed from premium grade, 45mm depth scaffolding boards and mounted onto industrial steel pipe legs. The desktops are sanded, to a beautiful finish - smooth to the touch, but still showing plenty of the character and grain in the wood. They are then treated in a Wax Oil which hardens to a water resistant, wipeable finish.

Ideal for a WFH/home office set up.

Every board will have its own quirks and an individual grain, so no two pieces are ever identical. We use only high quality boards and our tables are solid, sturdy and well built.

Available in various sizes. The steel tube framework is available in raw (galvanised) steel finish, or in ‘blackened’ finish (as shown in the images). The ‘blackened’ steel is an almost black/gunmetal finish. Both finishes give a fantastic industrial look. (The legs are detachable).

Wood finish:
The main images show the Golden finish but also available in Pale, Antique or Rustic finish (please see final image). When ordering, just let us know which colour tone you'd like in the 'Personalisation' box.

Finished in Fiddes Hard Wax Oil. A hardwearing stain-resistant, water-resistant finish. This product gives the tabletops a light sheen, and brings out the character of the boards.

Assembly:
Some minor assembly is required with this item. The two sides of the desk will need to fixed together underneath by securing screws into pre-drilled holes. The steel pipe framework will be sent partially disassembled (for ease of transportation) but they assemble together very simply by slotting into place and tightening with an allen bolt. (Allen key provided).

We fit the metal end bands on the outer edges of the desk as standard, but please let us know if you'd prefer not to have them.

Timber:
Our pieces are constructed from industrial timber and are designed to be fully functional as desktops. It is normal for them some boards to have minor notches, dents, small cracks and general signs of life. The grain and knots can vary from board to board. All of which add to the character of the overall pieces.

We machine sand the boards to a beautifully smooth finish, and they’re treated with a high quality hard wax oil which brings out all of their stunning, quirky character.

The images show the 150cm + 150cm version. The 150cm is the measurement from the central rear corner to either of the outer rear corners. While this is still made from one smaller section fitted to a larger section, the two sides of the desk are the same total length.

If you require a desk with one side longer than the other, select one of the uneven dimensions e.g. 125cm + 175cm.

As these items are made to order, please allow 4-5 weeks from order date for construction & delivery.

The majority of our orders are delivered on our own transport by our own delivery team. We will keep you updated on the progress of the order and will advise of the shipping date once your item is ready. You will be given a delivery date and an approx timeslot.
